Michael Ruffatto, DMD is a non-participating, out-of-network provider for all dental insurance plans. While we accept the majority of dental insurances and assignment of benefits (including employees for the State of Illinois who have Delta Dental), any balance left over after your insurance pays their portion to our office is your responsibility and due in full immediately.
